Fun Zone
Ray Cammack Shows returns for its 40th year as the official fun zone of Fair. Join the Read to Ride program for school-aged children – parents can scan a QR code and have their children write book reports in exchange for a carnival ride.
Support Carter's Foundation, a nonprofit organization that distributes care packages for children undergoing cancer treatment and hospitalization. Donate your stuffed animal carnival winnings and share your Fair joy with these brave children. Donation boxes are located at the Guest Relations booths at Yellow Gate and Blue Gate. Win a prize, give a prize!
No library card needed for the Fair’s Little Libraries, located at each entry gate. Like neighborhood little libraries, the Fair’s Little Library stands offer books for free. Get to reading!
Grandstand
Enjoy 8 nights of entertainment from the best in Latino, Country and R&B music at the LA County Fair Concert Series.
Don’t miss the popular pig races on The Farm Road. See little piggies race for an Oreo cookie. Be sure to catch lambs, ducks and goat races, too. Races are held throughout the day. Check out the daily schedules for scheduled races!
Pet the cutest animals this side of the Big Red Barn. All Creatures Petting Zoo on The Farm Road is chalk full of goats, sheep, mini cows and more.
See the World-Famous Budweiser Clydesdales on The Farm Road, with their trusty Dalmatian at their side. These gentle giants love to visit with fair guests.
The Farm & Gardens
The Farm & Gardens features all things agriculture. From on-the-spot classes to farm animals to the Fair’s five-acre working farm, it is easy to see why this is one of guests’ favorite fair spots. Don’t forget to stop and see Fair mascot Thummer.
Take a stroll through the Big Red Barn to learn about farm animals and even pet a few in the country’s largest petting zoo. See goat milking demonstrations and watch as baby chicks hatch right before your eyes. This year Cal Poly’s Arabian Horse Center joins for the full run of Fair!
Agriculture students from across the region participate in the Fair’s livestock competitions, showing their animals and hoping for a blue ribbon. Amateur gardeners participate in the Horticulture and Landscape competitions. Check out the daily schedules for scheduled competitions!
Live milking demonstrations every day of Fair in the Milking Parlor. The California Dairy Council is on hand to provide education and information. Batista Family Farms operates the Moo Market, selling their locally produced cream-top milk and expanding to include the sale of cheese and other dairy products. Don’t miss California Dairy Day, Saturday, May 30: a showcase of the Los Angeles International Dairy Competition that brings together dairy producers, professionals and industry organizations featuring samples, demonstrations, cooking classes, workshops, games, contests and educational sessions.
NextFest LA is the largest indie music festival in the country – and it’s only here at the LA County Fair. Enjoy emerging talent from all sound arenas at various stages throughout the Fair. Take a seat, or stand up and dance – just enjoy the music. The Farm Stage features country music.

Heritage Square comes to life with handmade arts & crafts from vendors, blacksmithing demonstrations and leather smithing lessons. The LA County Beekeepers Association join us to showcase the importance of honeybees in the food cycle of everything we eat.
Take a seat in The Farm and learn from the UC Master Gardener Program on how to sustainably grow food and cultivate gardens.
Stop by daily from 11 AM - 4PM as different community organizations share information and resources available across the region.
Just for kids – the Success Zone offers a variety of kid-sized gear and “professional” ware to explore careers. Everyone is a musician at Tune Town. Make music on some unusual instruments.
Downtown Fairplex
Take a look or listen to the community-based performers at the Community Stage. The third annual Performing Arts Showcase will be Friday & Saturday, May 15 & 16, featuring hand-selected school bands, orchestras and choirs from around LA County.
Back for its final year, Skate-R-Cade returns, encouraging guests of all ages to play their way with wheels and arcade games. In partnership with Grand Park Foundation, the Skate-R-Cade has expanded in size giving Fair guests more room for jammin', spinnin' and couples skating. In Expo Hall 9.
Enjoy interactive and engaging displays, artwork and photo ops highlighting the nostalgia of pop culture in Expo Hall 9. Activities include a giant Wooly Willy, a massive etch-a-sketch photo op and movie screenings.

The art of cooking, and learning, is bubbling over at the Culinary Kitchen. Stop by the Kitchen to see live daily demonstrations from Chef Leslie Sassaman and others. Learn new techniques, be inspired to try a new recipe. There are too many cooks in our kitchen, and it's a delicious delight.
Millard Sheets Art Center will host Before You Now, an exhibit presented by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art from an award provided by Art Bridges. Experience the beauty of fine art through paintings, sculptures and more. Clay Play returns to the Fair - guests of all ages get a chance to throw a piece of pottery for a nominal fee.
The Fairplex Garden Railroad is a 102-year-old tradition at the Fair. Check out the G-gauge trains and the vibrant scenery celebrating California history.
Plaza de las Americas vibrates with the sounds of the Plaza Stage featuring Latin-influenced entertainment, including mariachi, banda, cumbia, norteña music and more. Enjoy some shopping and try some King Taco dishes.
The Culture of the Low and the Slow will be parked on Redwood Street featuring a low-rider car show. See demonstrations of airbrushing and pin stripping.
Visit the Carousel Stage on Pepper Street to enjoy a multitude of community performers and entertainers including dance troops and martial arts studios.
The Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum is open to Fair guests. Learn about the history of the National Hot Rod Association and their roots here at Fairplex and in Pomona.
Expo Hall 10 will again welcome the 48th DAA’s Agriculture & Nutrition Fair to the building, showcasing student and classroom projects from more than 50 regional schools.
Experience hands-on STEM education with multiple activity stations in Expo Hall 10, including a family robotics build station where families can register for free to build out a working robot as a group, and science shows on stage four times a day and robot shows three times a day. Battle Bots-style show added this year with new battling bots every weekend.
LionLike MindState presents the Pomona Valley Poetry and Fest, the nation’s largest poetry fest at the Carousel Stage the final two weekends of the Fair. Enjoy authors and artists offering poetry within the Fair.

Clay Play will be back to introduce this art form to a diverse range of patrons of all ages who may not have previously had the opportunity to experience for a nominal fee.
Clocktower Plaza
Enjoy the antics of the Bob Baker Marionette Theater, offering periodic shows at the Clocktower.
Enjoy the legendary Bob Baker Marionette Theater every Sunday of the Fair as it presents Something to Crow About, one of Bob Baker’s original spectaculars created in 1959 and reimagined for modern audiences. This beloved production brings whimsical barnyard characters and musical magic to life with signature Bob Baker marionette artistry. BBMT's show and puppetry activities provide hands-on learning, artistic heritage, and the joyful intersection of puppetry and performance. Performances are at 1, 3 and 5 p.m. at the Clocktower, followed by puppet meet & greets and puppet activities.
The Hill
Union Stage will host Bob Baker Marionette Theater in residence each day of the Fair, 3-4 shows per day. And don’t miss fun Fair contests in between like hula hooping, bubble gum blowing and other themed contests like Mother-Daughter Look-A-Like on Mother’s Day.

The Tasting Room showcases the award-winning Wines, Spirits, Olive Oils and Dairy Products from the Los Angeles International Competitions. Education classes focus on unique offerings including new cheese and yogurt classes. Enjoy wine and beer tastings by the glass.
Enjoy the forest setting at the Fair with America’s Great Outdoors. Visit the Reptile House, learn about wild burros, catch an environmental magic show, see the wonders of the Tree Circus and learn about California’s and the country’s wonderful parks systems.
RailGiants Train Museum is celebrating its 70th anniversary. The museum is home to some of the country’s most well-preserved locomotives, rail cars and a caboose. The most recent addition to the collection is the Union Pacific Caboose No. 25392 donated by the City of Montclair.
The Glade is turning into the Fair's Quiet Zone, offering an opportunity for guests to chill. With partner KultureCity, The Glade hosts relaxing and softer entertainment. And when the sun goes down, grab some headphones and jam with Silent Disco.
Coquí, by sculptor El NiNo, is an art installation - a large, solar-powered, interactive frog sculpture - located by the Union Stage near the carnival. First presented at Burning Man in 2024, it is designed to transport visitors to a Puerto Rican rainforest, evoking the sound of the indigenous coqui frog.
Muscle your way to the LA County Fair and enter Armwrestling USA's Regional Championships. Fairgoers compete in weight classes, with five men's divisions and two women's on Saturday, May 23.
