This year’s Armwrestling Championships will feature 7 weight divisions, both men’s and women’s, as well as a special category for kids! This championship is open to all Fairgoers and registration begins promptly at noon on the Play Your Way Stage.

SHARP International Cheer and Dance returns to the LA County Fair for the LA County Fair Ultimate Championship on May 9. Competition participants receive admission and a carnival wristband to the Fair.

The Girl Scouts are taking over the Fair on Sunday, May 17 for a fun day of learning and interacting with other troops and the community. Get your special G.I.R.L. Takeover fun patch, exchange SWAPS with other Girl Scouts and be a part of the Girl Scout Friendship Circle. All Girl Scouts should be in their Girl Scout uniform and families are encouraged to wear Girl Scout Green or their favorite Girl Scout gear. Hosted by the Pomona Girl Scouts of GSGLA

Girl Scout participants have access to the Fair all day.

Junior and high school students get an opportunity to learn new skills to prepare them for success, then enjoy the LA County Fair at the Fair's School Leadership Conference. With speakers and material aimed at the appropriate age, students spend the day engaging with this years keynote speaker, Duncan Kirkwood, before enjoying a day of fun and friends visiting all exhibits and entertainment at the Fair.
