Important Dates & Information



Preserved Foods

  • All entry forms due May 19, 2020
  • Deliver all entries on Saturday, June 6, 2020 between the hours of 8am and 5pm only (if entries are mailed they must arrive by Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 4 p.m.).
    • Deliver entries with your typed recipe. All recipes MUST include the division & class number, and your name. Entries will not be accepted without it. Do not mail recipe with your entry form.
  • Pick up of display jars only is on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 between the hours of 3pm and 7pm.
  • No confirmation of entry will be sent.

Baked Foods & Confections

  • All entry forms due July 24, 2020
  • Deliver all entries on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 between the hours of 3pm and 7pm only.
    • Deliver all entries with a typed measured ingredients list. All measured ingredients lists MUST include the division & class number, and your name. Entries will not be judged without the measured ingredients list. Do not mail the measured ingredients list in with the entry form.
  • No confirmation of entry will be sent.

Contest Entries

  • All entry forms due July 24, 2020
  • Delivery of entries will vary depending on the contest. Please refer to your contest for dates, delivery instructions, and times.
  • All entries require that a typed measured ingredients list be brought with the item on the day of judging.
  • All measured ingredients list MUST include the division & class number, and your name.
  • All entrants will receive confirmation packets by the third week of August.

Tablescaping Entries (Competition is now closed due to maximum entries received.)

  • All entry forms due July 24, 2020, space is limited. Contest fills quickly, so be sure to get your entry form in early.
  • Set up of tables is on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 3pm to 7pm only.
  • Pick up of all items is on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 from 8am to 7pm only.
  • Entry confirmation and contest reminders will be sent out in the beginning of August, if not sooner, depending on when the contest fills.

Filling out your entry form:

  1. One entry per line only.
  2. Please print your name clearly. Your entry tag will reflect the name on your entry form.
  3. Under the section marked “Description” please indicate the specific flavor or type if the class number entered is described as “other, please specify.” If your division and class numbers accurately describe your entry then you do not need to fill out the section marked “Description.”
