King Taco, of Mexican-food fame and one of Hispanic Business Magazine’s past top 100 Hispanic businesses, is creating learning opportunities at the L.A. County Fair for the eleventh consecutive year. King Taco is the presenting sponsor of America’s Kids Living Library of Fun, a world belonging to beloved children’s literature including Winnie the Pooh, The Secret Garden, The Wonderful World of Oz and other well-known books.
The exhibit features books more than 8 feet tall and showcases some beloved fictional characters come to life. Hands-on activities are also available for children of all ages. Guests will celebrate the 100th birthday of beloved author Beverly Cleary and the 90th anniversary of Winnie the Pooh. Other activities include crafts and art, a Knight’s School, a Princess Castle and much more.
King Taco has brought its delicious fare to the fairgrounds since 1996. The menu includes a variety of authentic Mexican foods including tamales, tacos, quesadillas, burritos and sopes. Founded in 1974, King Taco began its operation from a converted ice cream truck. The Mexican fast food favorite has since expanded to 20 popular locations throughout Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County.
