Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center
The state-of-the-art Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center is open for business.
The $28 million center opened in January and has hosted several events, including product-launch events by Anheuser-Busch Inbev, company-wide meetings with Southern California Edison and Kaiser Permanente, and a trade and conference event with Armstrong Garden Centers.
Adding to its winning combination of comfort, style, value and location, the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel is proud of its newest addition, the 85,000-square-foot Conference Center. Designed with versatility in mind, the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC)-certified conference center is a marvel of modern architecture that blends with the existing art deco composition of the 487-acre Fairplex campus, featuring the latest in technology enhancements and eco-friendly balance. It is engineered for Silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
The complex offers functional space for trade shows, educational symposiums, special events and corporate, regional and association meetings.

Everything about the Fairplex Sheraton Conference Center is high-tech. - The operations systems of the center are all controlled through technology.
- The Audio and Video systems of the center allow for content to be moved from any point in the center to any other point in the center.
- The lighting in the center can be controlled and custom programmed to meet individual needs.
- The directories can be custom programmed to contain not only meeting schedules but can also include media such as video clips or
scrolling messages.
- The security systems are monitored by our 24/7 security operation with a host of cameras and intrusion detection.
- The Center was designed with a high level of connectivity via hard connections in the walls, floors, and ceilings as well as high density of Internet Wi-Fi connectivity.
White Board Technology:
- Each of the conference rooms includes a state-of-the-art flat screen Whiteboard. This allows for high levels of interactive presentations to your groups.
- Tablet capabilities: your tablet device can connect to any of the smart boards where you can take control by simply walking around
the room.
Video Conferencing:
- Utilizing standard applications like Skype, Webex or Google Chat, any number of locations can be patched in, whether from room to room or half way around the world.
