LA County Fair Seeks to Fill 1,000 Positions at Job Fair

Pomona, CA: (June 6, 2017) – The LA County Fair is holding a job fair Tuesday, June 27 to fill more than 1,000 seasonal positions for the end of summer celebration. The Fair runs Sept. 1-24 (closed Mondays (except Labor Day) and Tuesdays). Applicants are invited to attend the job fair from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Avalon Building at Fairplex.

Positions are available in admissions, credentials, guest relations, parking, carnival, accounting, grounds entertainment, the creative and wine departments, and facilities. US Security and StaffPro will be hiring for full and part-time security guards and event staffing posts, and Priority Services will be hiring for janitorial. Most positions require applicants to be 18 and over. Applications must be completed online beforehand at, and applicants should be prepared for face-to-face interviews the day of the job fair. Computers will be available June 27 for applicants to apply.

The LA County Fair is one of the largest county fairs in the world, with more than 1.3 million in attendance last year.
