Top of the Park Enjoy an elegant surf and turf meal while watching the ponies run from the Top of the Park restaurant! Located atop the horse racing grandstand, Top of the Park provides upscale, full-service dining with breathtaking views of the Fair and the racetrack. Seating is available indoors or outside on the Top of the Park terrace. Top of the Park is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the Fair. | Food Truck Festival In addition to the variety of food trucks appearing on the weekends, we will have more than 30 diverse food trucks in our on Sunday, Sept. 11, noon-5 p.m. in our grandstand infield. |
