FairKids Discovery Club Field Trips
A Day Full of learning Cleverly Disguised as Fun! The FairKids Discovery Club Field Trip Program is a California State standards-based field trip. It is for preschool through 8th grade students, and will take place Wednesday through Friday and they are absolutely free of charge. The field trip starts at 9 a.m. and does not open to the public until 12 p.m. This gives FairKids 3 hours on grounds without the public.
The L.A. County Fair is truly “The World’s Largest Classroom®!” At the 2010 L.A. County Fair, we have countless attractions, from the ever-popular FairView Farms and California’s Heritage Square to the all-new “A Time Long Ago” at America’s Kids & Education Expo and the Millard Sheets Center for the Arts at Fairplex. Students will also enjoy dynamic and educational exhibits like “Celebrate Mexico: 200 years” at the Flower and Garden Pavilion, Mojo's Jungle and our Dinosaur Exhibition: Jurassic Planet.
If you have any additional questions please contact Shanell Santee at 909-865-4075 or santee@fairplex.com.
